With those simple ingredients you can have a meal you won’t feel guilty about.

How many times do you go for a quick easy pack of Ramen and then dread how much sodium is inside. We’ll have no fear! You can now throw that super high sodium packet away and have a delicious noodle dish with intense flavor!

1 package of Ramen noodles (No sodium seasoning packet)
1 tablespoon of Sriracha sauce
1 tablespoon of chili paste
1 cup of chopped carrots
1 cup of chopped onions
1 cup of chopped celery
2 cups of sliced mushrooms
1 cup of fresh cut greens beans
½ cup of fire roasted red peppers
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
2 tablespoons of low sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon of fresh minced basil
1 tablespoon of fresh minced cilantro
Boil your Ramen noodle per package instructions. If the package comes with a flavor packet throw away that high sodium packet.
Sautee all your veggies in a pan or wok with the soy sauce, vegetable oil and, and teriyaki glaze.
Then add the noodles to the veggies and then add your Sriracha sauce and the chili paste
Once done add the cilantro and fresh basil and enjoy!
